General admission to screenings is done through the purchase of a MiniPak.
4 or 10 packs can be used at one showing with friends or at many different showings…the key is to get there at least an hour plus ahead of time to guarantee seats. And it is 1st come 1st serve basis for seats.
The MiniPak is essentially a punch card to allows admission to a certain number of screenings.
You can look up more information on their website here, http://shop.sbiff.org/category-s/1822.htm. Although MiniPaks do not ensure priority admission, if your guests arrive early enough they should be able to get great seats for the film. I would recommend them getting there at least an hour and a half to receive a q-card.
